For a yearly subscription of $35/mo*, enrolled patients receive all of the preventive services they need to maintain a healthy mouth. (children under 12 years is $25/mo)

- Routine Xrays as needed
- 2 Fluoride Treatments
- 2 Oral Cancer Screenings
- 2 periodontal screenings
- 15% off additional treatments
*If you are not an established patient (if you are new to our office, or if you have only been seen for emergencies) there is a one-time activation fee of $85 per patient due when enrolling.
